Unjust Judges v. Just-US
For the most part, the black race has continuously been at the mercy of the [USSC] United States Supreme Court, and whatever the prevailing political winds were at the time. and how unpredictably inconsistent they have been concerning us. It is surely Just-Us who can make a difference:
- In 1654, courts determined that black slaves were slaves for life;
- in 1846-1857 the Dred Scott v. Sanford decision claimed black were not citizens and therefor couldn’t vote; but that changed with the 14th Amendment.
- in 1871-1912-1913 1928 various states upheld rulings against inter-racial marriage, but a Supreme Court ruling in 1954; made a national change.
- in 1896 the Plessey v. Ferguson decision allowed separate-but-equal (segregation). It but changed in the Brown v. Bd of Ed decision1954. (three generations later).
- The current circumstances of police immunity vs. accountability in the killings of blacks are the direct result of progressive police rulings. In 1996, it was ruled that police could stop blacks on a pretext (the very word means incorrect) without probable cause in direct opposition to the 4th Amendment I am amazed at how many every day citizens who do not know about this (it should have been a landmark decision). The list goes on; it takes generations to overcome; and make changes in what courts interpret. Their rulings effect the quality of our life (and death). Their opinions are political.
From this country’s beginnings, courts have changed the intent of laws that were designed to bring blacks inclusion as part of the US population. The post-civil war era is the largest example of this, when slaves were freed. So far, we have been helpless to change what they do. We have had to sail on the winds of their ill will. Until a new ruling or challenge case comes along, nothing can make a difference. It’s Just-Us. I wish I could say that their rulings were/are JUST. We seemed to have turned a blind eye to their deliberations, with an AH-WELL attitude; as if nothing more can be done…
I WANT TO REIGNITE OUR FURVOR, for justice. My mom always quoted “Where there is a will, there is a way”. We have to get them out, along with the people who appoint them. We will need to review judges, and to show just cause why they are not…We must make petitions for judge impeachment that are warranted. What would happen if we united in this cause across America? “United to Weed Out Unjust Judges”, there must be a cry from everywhere. There is a precedent for this. Justice Thurgood Marshall set a precedent to prevent a extreme right wing nominee from taking the oath of office. We have to find the courage to follow his path.
Concerning a Judge’s impeachment:
From the website: https://law.justia.com/codes/ We are not helpless and hopeless: “… “Removal proceedings pursuant to subsection (b) of this Code section may be initiated only by written petition setting forth the grounds for removal of a judge signed by one or more members of the governing authority of the municipal corporation (city or jurisdiction)”.There are many watchdog organizations, depending on what the area of interest is. My point is, until we make a deliberate collective and consistent cry to be heard, they will not be interested in making changes, because we aren’t. Our next weekly blog will begin with Part II or BI-US, Laws or blog with us on other websites.

I just have a conversation today about crimes by Supreme Court Justices, and career politicians as a whole.
Yes, if nobody is above the law, there are quite a few investigations that need to be started.
Great points in this Post!
